Pentecom is looking for an HR Manager who can serve as a trusted partner to leadership while supporting employees across the organization, including playing a key role in attracting and onboarding talent. This role is crucial in maintaining a strong, people-focused culture while ensuring HR practices are practical, compliant, and scalable as we continue to grow.

Please note: The HR Manager position is a full-time, remote or in-person position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employees and managers on employee relations matters, helping navigate situations with sound judgment, consistency, and discretion
• Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable federal, multi-state, and local regulations, with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution of issues
• Oversee benefits administration and coordination to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a positive employee experience
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, to support hiring needs across the organization
• Support the refinement and development of HR policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and scalability as the organization grows and evolves
• Partner with leadership to support effective people practices and help align HR efforts with organizational priorities

• 7+ years of human resources experience
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Experience supporting small to mid-sized organizations
• A willingness to wear multiple hats
• Experience with HRIS platform(s), preferred but not required
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
